🔁 Refund & Return Policy

At Sondouq, we pack every box with love, care, and a sprinkle of magic — but we totally understand that sometimes, things don’t go as planned.
So here’s how we make it right 👇

💌 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as:

  • The item is unusedunopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You have your receipt or order confirmation handy.
  • The product isn’t part of a custom, seasonal, or perishable item (like food or limited-edition boxes).

To start a return, email us at support@sondouq.com with your order number and a short description of the issue — we’ll take it from there.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on your bank).

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🎁 Exchanges

Need to swap an item? Easy!
If the product is still available, we’ll happily exchange it — just contact us at support@sondouq.com to arrange it.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized boxes
  • Food & treats
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital gift cards

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no — that’s on us 😔
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP.
